    Hi

My 2 cents....always try 2 hav some bf always but in solids. Bcoz in morning ur metabolism ll b more, gradually u can decrease during the day. Even u can taka fruit but hav ur lunch within 2hrs aftr fruit. If not manna health mix really wrks gud for bf if u r nt allergic 2 milk products in morning. Having milk w/o sugar is all time favourite for me. If u like go head bcoz for tea without or less sugar is unimagianable for me.

Thanks Upavi..for your suggestion..its only due to my pre-menstrual syndrome that my appetite is not so good and feel really like vomiting everything everything if I have..I have no appetite during that time and once I get my periods I will be like alright..but as you told..I will try to take atleast a fruit and chai without sugar(this is my all time favourite...from std 3 ..i used to sip from my father's tumbler as he was diabetic...it not only satiates me but brings back my old memories)in the morning and kick start my metabolism..Thanks dear :)

    Hi

I always notice in my weighing machine that my numbers increase if eat a lot in parties like yday. Then in the morning it goes down to 1 - 1.5kgs. For ex: yday morning i was 57.7kgs in empty stomach, in the evening after having fud & snacks it showed 58.8, in the night after partying i showed 59.9 then today morning (7.00am)it was 58.5 .i jus had 500ml of water in the morning then slept till 10.00am bcoz of party v came late @12.00 to home then slept around 1.00am. At 10.00am in the morning when i checked it was showing 58.0kgs. Within 3hrs .5 has reduced has anybody come across this kind of variation. Jus im curious to knw the reason
