Trying to loose weight with PCOS

    Today i had fruit diet. whenever i was hungry thought of quitting it. But i was so stubborn and achieved it. But i feel lil bit weak and its my Periods also so dint do any exercise.

    Food:
    8am-1 apple+1 glass milk
    11.30am-1 bowl of grapes
    2pm-1 bowl of aviyal
    5pm-1 glass of orange juice+2 spoon of ladies finger aviyal
    7pm-1 bowl of grapes
    8.30pm-1 pomegranate+1 glass milk

    I dont like to eat vegetables. so had vegs in the form of aviyal with coconut,salt and some spice.

    Ur most welcome raji, u can have nuts but u can also try sundal. Before gng to office u do sunal & keep it ready once u cm u can hav it.

    Bf: banana
    Lunch: cracked wheat upma & tomato thoku & curd
    Snacks: sundal & tender coconut
    Dinner: fruit bowl

    Today's diet-06/20
    9:00 am-Fenugreek
    9:00 am-Cinnamon
    10:00 am-1 pear and 1 glass lemon tea
    2:45 pm-keerai kootu+semiya upma with veggies+beans poriyal
    5:30 pm-10 almonds+1 cashew+few peanuts
    9:45 pm-Oats with 1/2 glass low fat milk(no sugar)

    5:45 pm-45 mins cardio covered 3.30 miles:thumbsup

    No problem dear, today i was brwsng for ur snacks u can even try soup as well but everything whtever i came across needs some preparation time expect nuts & fruits even for salad u hav 2 cut veggies. If i come across something really healthy & handy i ll let u knw.
