Trying to loose weight with PCOS

    JSri use turmeric at night morning if the color will vanish once you use facewash/soap....... i used to do this on college days.........

    My updates for 5/17

    Wt: 58.5kgs

    Bf: banana
    Brunch: brown rice, spinach bhaji, bittergourd bhaji, curd
    Snacks1: friuts & peanuts 1/2 cup
    Snacks2: coconut water
    Dinner: cracked wheat upma & 2 spns of brown rice & bittergourd bhaji

    Water: 2lts
    No exercise

    Hi all,
    Was bit busy last few days so could not post my diet and exercise.
    My updates for 06/18-
    9:30 am-Cinnamon
    9:45 am-Lemon Tea
    10:30 am-Oats with 1/2 cup zero-fat milk
    1:50 pm-2 thin roti with mushroom gravy
    6:15 pm-8 strawberries and a pear
    7:55 pm-treadmill for 45 minutes
    9:30 pm-Oats with 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup non-fat milk
    Water-approximately 2.5 litres

    Confessions:Had lunch outside on Sunday asi we had a get-together (had rice and gulab jamun :( could not avoid)
    However as Shiva Choubey says I have shrunk my stomach..I used to take up to 5-6 servings but now I was not even able to complete 2:)

    Me too, if i go to restaurant i use too hav a lot now a mini thali itself is more than enough. All credits goes to this thread. Bcoz wen i update whtever i eat i feel really guilty why did i eat this much, so next time wen something is there to munch i feel i have to update the thread so noooooooooo pls struck in my mind:bonk:bonk:bonk:bonk

    Pavi,Raji what you told is correct in mycase too. even if i eat very little i feel full. when i think of having rice items at night or some heavy food i too think of updating here and drop it.:) Is this called team work?? :)

    1:45 pm-1 onion paratha made with less oil+1 tupperware box keera kootu +vazhakka poriyal
    7:15pm-Late from office due to DH:spin
    So hungry:drowning-10 almonds+2 walnuts+10 peanuts+handful of channa dalia(pottu kad
    alai)+5 strawberry
    9:30pm-40 mins treadmill 3.10 miles
    10:30pm-Late Dinner-Semiya upma with lot of veggiessss
    11:30pm-Typing updates:hiya

    Was so hungry and angry today must keep something handy in case it gets late from office for we cannot munch much on readymade things:thumbsup
