Hi My self Dolly Shaw, A house wife of lower middle class family. I am 7months pregnent and its my second issue. I'm worried Bcoz my consultant told me that your weight is not increasing since last months. You have to take care of your self, She advise me to have fruits; Healthy diet and a powder "Mama's Best". I used to have these from last 10days and getting worried to weigh myself today, it is same as previous. Kindly somebody advise me, what best i can do for my self & my baby. Dolly Shaw
