    L: Pittu + dhal
    Sn: walnuts
    D: Pizza + calamari + brownies + sweets + pittu + dhal

    W: 500ml
    Ex: 15 min walk

    Hi Sridevi and friends,

    I lost .8 kg:thumbsup... After a month struggle finally saw some change...
    As on today its 80.2kgs...

    Coming to points, I had junk 2 days and less than 3 ltr water one day...so its 9...
    For my great surprise i was a very good gal even on weekends...

    I am ready for partial fruit diet this tuesday (i.e. 2maro)...Will have soup,dates, boiled channa with fruits...

    I am taking up the same challenges this week also...

    1. 3.5 ltr water
    2. no junk
    3. excercise 1hr (increased 15 mins)

    My son poured water in my IPAD... gave that for servicing...its difficult for me update everyday...will update whenever i get to login to PC...

    Thanks gals...
    Do motivate me and help me to lose weight...

    I lost 3 kgs in last 4 weeks:

    Diet I followed:

    Break Fast - 8 spoons of oat meal in 2 cups mix with taste of your choice (sambar / rasam / buttermilk, etc)
    Lunch - Half cup of wheat rava in 2 cups mix with tase of your choice as above & any veg curry
    Dinner - Idly or dosa or pongal or rice (2 cups equal)
    in-between evening snacks - a little of your choice
    Greet tea - 3 cups a day

    Do not worry or expect weight reduction. Just follow and forget about weight. I got the result.
