    I am back.. sorry i disappeared for a couple of weeks .. we just bought a house and moved in last weekend.. was sooper busy at work too:(:(

    Floralbliss/Minara- i will start my workouts from Monday onwards and will record my weight by Sunday evening.
    Floralbliss- I am soo happy you have continued with your weightloss journey..unlike me:(:(.. hope to catch up with ur weight sooon!

    oh my weight loss journey is in tortoise pace... i've become more injury prone so workout is not going as i planned... :) have decided to get back properly from Monday....

    Aww.... that's so bad. U already were doing heavy workouts so I thought ur stamina would already be high enough to handle insanity.

    But yea atleast ur getting back on ur regular workouts... u can do insanity when u r around 65kgs :) I think that's a better weight to start it... Keep at it

    Also I checked my weight yesterday.. I haven't increased. I miscalculated my weight on sunday. I am 118 pounds. Please do mk a note of it.. Its not 123 ( I'm so relieved,.. kept wondering how did I put on 6 pounds in one week) :)
