    @ Ria: No the chicken is from the supermarket - they sell sliced of chicken breast , im slowly making changes i will get there everutally :)

    what is happening to this group.. I don't see any motivation ... so many of them not updating their workouts... No motivating each other?? Where is everyone.....
    Get back in your game girls.. Get back on your workouts and shed those extra pounds... Time is precious... Once gone its goneeee

    yes very true... and i'm sooo sad to say... my doctor advised me not to do insanity atleast until i lose another 6-7 kgs...

    reason being i started bleeding sooo heavily ( which never happened in my lifetime) i did finish off half the packet of pads in one day.... !!!!! doc told its highly intense cardio workout since i'm having erratic harmonal imbalance it may lead to heavy bleeding so no insanity.......

    have to go back to my regular workout.. :( since i was going thru this hell, couldn't update... i've been normal from yesterday... hope i start properly with my old workouts today.... and this time im super high on motivation, no matter what i'll not stop!.
