Buddies Required!!! Lose 3 kgs by 30th June

    Hey ladies sorry i havent updated since almost a week. It was my sons bday party and i got so busy and stressed.
    I have to tell you all this. The week before the party I was stressed about the preparations etc and lost a pound a day lol. It was so surprising everyday one pound. From 155 I went to 150 and then the birthday party day looked slimmer and better :)
    Now whats shocking is that the party was on sunday and today is tuesday and I have gained back the entire 5 pounds!!!
    I domt mind because I know I will get back to my routine and lose some soon but I wanted you all to know how stress works sometimes with weight loss:)

    Will start updating tomorrow and hope to lose at least 4 pounds by june end.

    Friends, I have exported the excel sheet to google docs. So no need to download and upload again and again. Just get the sheet from my signature and update, the changes will automatically save.

    Sridevi, do you have any idea to keep the sheet at one place instead of my signature, to avoid confusion in accessing the sheet further.

    Sn: Cheese + crakers + green tea
    L: Dumplings + fried rice + fried chicken
    Sn: Sweet bun + Fruit & veg Fresh juice
    D: Naan [1] + String hopper biryani (lamb) + lamb vindaloo
    Sn: Indian sweets

    W: 500ml
    Ex 30 min walk

    break fast 3 pieces of grilled chicke. 5 sticks chicken fries.
    lunch soup of 6 tomatoes.
    dinner 2 leg pieces of chicken
    soup water 3 lts
    no walk today but did hip crunches and 100 leg raises.

    To those who are on fruit diet-my 2 cents I did fruit diet this week itself.
    have melons. These will keep you full as well as dehydrated. have plenty of water too.
    you can consume 1/4 of big water melon in whole day along with rock melon musk melon.
    Eat melons until you are completely full. you wont have hunger pangs for 3-4 hrs.

    Today had more than 4 ltr water ans was running to rest room...

    yesterday went for a marriage function, so had 2 dosas and half sweet... feel guilty!!!

    Today did not go for a walk as i was tired due to periods!

    June 1st weight : 65.7kg
    June 10th weight : 66.5kg

    I reached 65.1Kg in between, exercised a lot, now I am @ 66.5 kg, too much frustrated, kind of demotivated now.
