Any idea what this dish is and what it is made up of?

Not sure if I spelled it right. Need pointers rather than "google" of answer.

thanq lilacgal77 for the quick reply... how does it taste like, owing to the Indian spicy food that we have?

so, when one says traditional Kambing Masak Kitchap , what does it mean?

the spices vary or the meat varies?

this is the quintessential Malaysian dish..nothing Indian about it. there is the sweet caramel soy sauce tempered with lots of onion, garlic and ginger. add some cloves and star anise..not spicy with the zing coming from the sweetness. good to eat only with rice.

    Hi

This is a typical malay dish. It is a mutton dish with sweet soy sauce. It would be really good to eat with rice. I like it.
