Since you have this from Chindhood onwards may be the vitamine deficienty as you said. if it happening during recent time the main reason is lack of sleeping and abnormal stress on eyes. you have to cool the eyes with cucumber and take proper rest.

for Iron deficiency pl. take more green leaves in your food and have daily 2 dates this will increase your hB level.
