    For toning,i did 45 reps of different moves by dividing into 15 reps in 3 sets.used 3.5 kg dumbbells
    the core chargers mentioned in # 3004 in between the-
    military press
    bicep curls
    chest extensions
    also neck exercises....

    A brisk walk at a steady pace for 50 minutes this morning.....

    For toning did 40 reps each of;
    shrugs
    squats with weights
    upright rows
    lateral raises
    calf raises
    triceps pushdowns

    Used dumbbells weighing 3.5 kgs
    Then neck exercises.

    Skipped morning walk today as i had disturbed sleep last night and woke up late.

    Did toning workout this evening using 3.5 kg dumbbells-50 reps[20-20-10] each of
    bicep curls
    front raises
    upright rows
    bridge chest press
    then Ab crunches
    reverse curls
    pelvic thrusts
    and
    neck exercises

    No workout for last few days due to vaccation :(
    Did 20sets of suryanamaskars and other sets of mat exercise for 30mts.

    For toning,did a Total body workout-1 by Jane Fonda.I used 8 pound dumbbells instead of 2 and 3 which was shown in that.A good one for 25 minutes.
