how to improve bloodflow to uterus during pregnancy

hi friends,
i am 35days of pregnancy with unicorunate uterus. it means my uterus has single left side horn only and only one functioned fallobian tube. now i am taking bedrest becz my uterus very small compared with normal uterus. my doctor told me that take complete bedrest and sleep only left side(baby formed in my left horn of uterus) not right side and back side. i am only wake.up for bathroom and eating only otherwise sleep sleep... but i am veryaffraid of this situation becz this type uterus related with high risk of pregnancy.my uterus.nerver expand for the growth of baby during pregnancy time, my doctor said high blood flow to uterus is must for baby growth and expandation of uterus so i want increase blood flow to my uterus becz more bloodflow only expand my uterus size baby growth plz any body know about any ideas plz share with me i want save my baby

Sleep on your left side. Thats all I know and my doctore also suggested.

Doctor would be the best person to advise..has he suggested heparin injections and / or Ecosprin tablet ??

she suggested only naturagest 200mg tablet, folic acid tablet and nutrogest 200mg injection only

Ecosprin is used as an analgesic to rapidly relieve of minor to moderate aches and pains, as an antipyretic to reduce fever, and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Sometimes Ecosprin is also referred to as: Aspirin, Ecospr, Ecotrin, Bufferin. Ecosprin is also used long-term, at low doses, to help prevent heart attacks, strokes, and blood clot formation in people at high risk for developing blood clots. It has also been established that low doses of Ecosprin may be given immediately after a heart attack to reduce the risk of another heart attack and stroke.
