Fruits, Sprouts and Greens

    I had little stomach pain so no greens for the past three days.
    Today for dinner planned to do palak paneer :)

    Had watermelon, mango and apple for the past two days.

    HI All, interesting thread.I would also like to join. :)
    I had 1 banana+ 2 dates + 3 dried apricots after brushing followed by brown bread + 1 low fat cheese single plus lightly microwaved spinach leaves for breakfast, rajma masala , some prawn gravey and some rice for lunch, apple + strawberry milk shake(semi-skimmed milk, no sugar) for a light snack, for dinner I mostly hv cereals and milk wo added sugar.

    Thanks bhucat :) :) Your intake seems good too. Araikeerai kootu, sounds tempting. Both d mangoes and kootu r my favs :)
