Pls Advice regarding visitor travelling from India

    My mom is visiting me now in US and she is leaving in April.
    My husband has got a project in a different state and he has to be there for some months.
    I am so worried at the thought of staying alone, and would like to have my mom with me.

    I don’t want to extend her stay because all my friends advice against it.
    Can she go to <!--?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /--><st1:country-region><st1:place>India</st1:place></st1:country-region> come back within 2-3 weeks?

    Do you ppl know anybody who have gone through similar situation?
    What was their experience??

    better make friends , keep you engaged in something new and learn it so you might not find it hard to spend the time and never feel loneliness. else better way is to find good friends online and spend some quality time with them as you do in IL
