    Well husband came home with some yummy butter chicken lol and I had some with one roti so todays diet pretty much went down

    Dear shobana,
    I think you are replacing fat cells with muscle cells...
    Muscle cells are more compact and you look toned and shrink, but you weigh more...but dont worry, you keep working on dear... you will reduce weight also along with great toning.but it takes time...Rather than weighing less and looking bulky, it is always better to look leaner, though you weight a bit more... but remember, keep working what you are doing... all the best.

    shobana,initially, when I start working on weights, there is no changes on me for many months. then, i increased weights to 5 pounds from 3 pounds. but i was worried if i develop muscles like men. i even asked with my instructor. she said she is working on 8 pounds for 15 years, but when i look at her, she is lean , strong and fit!!!

    Keeping faith on what she said, i started working on the increased weight. initially, i really saw some tightness in my arms... and my arms looked very much bulkier than before. i was scared. my friends also noticed and asked me. but still i continued working on the same. now also I dont reduce any in my arms, but my arms are little firm and they did not look much bulkier like before. still i have to work a lllllot on the flabby arms... hope the info will help you in some ways....

    May be u should work out more to burn the butter chicken inside ur tummy :)
    So that butter chicken becomes motivator to exercise.

    400ml warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 pesarattu with peanut chutney
    MM: 1/2 apple and warm water
    Lunch: 1 cup brown rice with raddish sambar and cucumber in yogurt
    MA: banana and green tea
    Dinner: Lauki soup and buttermilk

    Workout:

    2miles walk with LS
    30mins yoga

    Your dite and exercise is so consistent.
    :) Hope Monday we will see ossum results.

    Mar 22 Log:

    BF:Skipped
    Mid break: coffee
    Lunch:watermelon.
    Break: butter milk.
    Evening: apple+green tea
    Break: lemon water
    Dinner:corn flakes

    Water: 3ltrs.
    Exercise: NIL due to ankle pain.

    Please let me know if I have to improve anything more.

    Sunday
