    Hi All,

I am carrying now. as per my last cycle , i am 6 weeks pregnant. But yesterday idid a transvaginal scan , as per the test result

A gestational sac is irregular in shape. it corresponds tp 4 weeks 3 days (6 mm)
    Yolk sac is2.4 mm
Fetel pole and cardiac activity not visualized
    --------

Hence my doc told to wait for 1 more week and do follow up scan

    My Question is

    1) when will the fetel pole get visuslized in scan
    2) or does my scan result mean ther is some problem
    3) I read some forum and noticed , for few women it isnormal and fetel pole displayed only after 7 weeks

Am worried, is there chance for my pregnancy to continue

    HI mothertobe,
first be cool,6 weeks is too early to see anything,in most of the healthy pregnancies heartbeat will start only by 7 weeks in some rare cases it used to start at 8 weeks also,so don t worry be cool,do ur daily prayers, hope u ll be seeing a little bean with flickering heartbeat in ur next scan...:)
