    hi melon,

    well, I wont take lime water with honey and green tea..

    going to drink lots and lots of water from today onwards.

    yesterday i had a veg salad + 2 rotis for dinner.

    hoping to loose some wieght by june end..

    i will post my todays diet and activites in the evening.

    -----------

    Bf : toast + coffee
    Snack : nut clusters
    Lunch : roti + methi paneer + salad + yogurt
    Snack : tea + orange
    Dinner : rice + pumpkin beans curry +!yogurt ( was too tired to make roti for myself)
    Lots of water, going to drink green tea now
    Exercise : 55 mts elliptical trainer. Will update the excel sheet tomorrow

    My updates for 5/3/2013 :-

    3 cups warm water
    1 cup warm water with honey,apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper
    B/f :- 1 Multigrain bread with 1/2 tsp peanut butter and 1 cup coffee.
    Before workout :- 1/2 apple.
    800 ml green tea with workout.
    After workout :- 5 almonds
    Lunch :- Daliya upma with 1/4 cup and 3/4 cup veggies and cucumber tomato Salad.
    Evening :- 5 almond pops and 1/2 cup milk
    Dinner :- 1.5 methi thepla with carrot salad and Corn raitha.
    late night snack:- 1/2 guava.

    Workout:- 1 hour workout (on treadmill with inclination upto 15 and eliptical 30 min and rower ).

    Flys - which green tea are you using? I got the tea bags. Since you said 800 ml, I was wondering if you are using loose tea

    Updates for 5/03
    ----------------
    Morning glass of lime honey water
    BF: Boiled veg + 4 spoon of vermicelli upma
    MM: Milk
    LU: 2 roi + 4 tbs mixed rice + dal + 2tbs chutney + papaiah +salad+buttermilk
    Sn: tea + hand full of nuts
    DI: Went for a party and entire days compensation is done
    2 idlis + sambar+chutney + 2 tbs rice+ 1 dahi vada (Tried to control the vada component..but cdnt:rant)

    Had a hectic day both in office and work.. So no workout..
    3 lt water.

    today only 3 star ,dinner was late ,no salad and had papad ,so finally lost 3 star.melon small suggestion ..why not you change salad to soup /salad.so they can go for soup and salad alternatively..

    Even i have Pcos, but still i take lime honey water in empty stomach.
    It doesnt affect "P" in my experience.

    Mar 5th update
    warm water with honey and lemon
    B/f oats with buttermilk
    mm water melon 1 piece
    lunch dalia with veg salad
    eve green tea with nuts
    dinner phulka with lauki kofta curry.

    water intake 2 ltrs

    workouts

    Ls walk 4 miles
    ab vertical 50 counts

    Anjana i get the trader joes brand and i brew it myself along with Yogis Detox tea. i usually add 2 green tea bag and 1 detox tea and boil with 3.5 cups of water. Carry it in my water bottle to the gym.

    Hi Kame U better consult with ur Doctor once and decide. Anyway lots of water will help in weight loss. Try to have lots of green veg and sprouts especially green moong sprouts. Are u taking Metformin tablets????
