Stay strong, leaving an abusive relationship is the most difficult part and you did it! There are lovely people on IL that offer great advice and resources so keep visiting and updating about yourself!

There is a course in art of living-breathing and mediatiion...You would change a lot after that....Be strong....

 

Good luck and be strong. Try to follow some kind of meditation or yoga or even walking (any physical activity) . This will help you both physically and mentally to be strong.
If you are religious then pray and try to go to temple/church.. often and seek help in God.
Be positive always and don't loose hope. Surround yourself with positive things and positive people.
