    Hi Dears,
    This week, running on so busy. My diet and work outs are normal like other days. so far, no odds in my routine. Finally this entire week managed to completely get rid of chocolates! All days 30 mins to 1 hr of exercise... I did not have any weight shifts after last week!
    Still standing on 128 pounds! This week I am going to work hard to see my previous week's weight (125.6) ;
    Will see you all later tonight dears... bye for now... missed you all this week!

    Hello All,

    Here is my update
    21/02/2012
    Morning : 1 glass warm water + 1 glass of warm water mix with honey and lemon
    Breakfast : Oats Porridge + 1 cup tea
    Snack : tea + 5-6 biscuits
    Lunch : sabzi + curd + roti ( and after sometime had cup of tea)
    After sometime : 1 Green tea
    Snack : Paneer Salad
    Dinner : 2 bowls of dal and dipped soya in it + 1 carrot
    After dinner : 1 green tea


    Exercise: First time I did LS walk at home for 3 miles. and after that I did 20 lunges ..20 squats.. just 1 set of plank( for few seconds :( ) ..

    What I can see here.. I had tea many times..so today I will have it less times..and would concentrate more on exercise.

    My Challenge would be
    LS walk - every day ( 3 miles)
    Stairs whenever it is possible in office
    Upper body workout - 3 days
    Lower body workout -3 days


    I hope I would be able to do this in this week.

    geete am really inspired with ur work out.. i just started doing my workouts on my abs.. if u have any video.. pls post it

    Hi Friends
    empty stomach - 2ltrs water
    breakfast - bowl of cereals
    lunch - 1 roti+curd+egg pulsu
    snack - 1 orange+apple+3 dates
    dinner - 1 roti+curd+cabbage curry

    exercise = 60mins= 600 cals = 3.8 miles
    abs exercisse = 10mins
    water = 4ltrs

    Hey Vidhya ..

    Many congrats dear . really good ! yaar pls try to maintain this weight ..

    same with me .. I am not doing much .. just having normal food .. I am today standing at 33.6 inches
    this feels so great.. I AM SOOOO HAPPY !!
    But I am afraid .. it will come back .. I will do try to maintain this for a while ..

    I am going to onsite for 1 month .. so too much busy with packing and all that stuff .. will keep you all updated with my routine..

    Many congratulations to all the winners .. !! this really motivates !!

    Today's diet:

    Didn't have breakfast, had lunch early.

    Tea
    rice with dal and curry for lunch
    tea and hot chocolate in the evening, one chocolate
    cup of cereals with fat free milk for dinner

    I am not able to time for exercise :(
    but still able to manage my diet....i hope on monday to see some changes on weight machine

    yesterdays update
    bf: 2 chapati
    lunch: 2 roti+sabji
    afternoon: peanuts 80 grm
    dinner: 2 methi paratha
