Buddies Required!!! Lose 3kgs by 28th Feb

    in morning - 2 chiku
    breakfast - oats poha
    snack - 1 gauava
    after few minutes..couldnt control myself so had
    1 small cup of tea
    lunch - 2 ragi roti + sabzi + curd
    after lunch - green tea
    evening snack - sprouts salad
    After reaching home .. had 1 cup tea and 1 ladoo and few candies :(
    dinner - 1 bowl + Dal


    Water - 2 Lts

    Exercise - No Exercise

    - 7 floor ( which has 25 steps per floor ) 3 times (only up) --- at different times



    All messed up when I reached home .. my MIL is not well.. I dont know why I lose control once I am at home. I feel so tired and bored of same routine. I feel like doing nothing..

    You will do it dear. Only 9 kgs to loose and you will be in 50's.
    I am good in diet but very bad in doing exercises. 1 day i do and take rest 3 days :)

    Hi all,

    I am also very bad in doing exercises. not at all regular. seeing the result of that as a increase in weighing machine. :(
    I particularly need to work on this habit. regular workoutsss!!!

    lemme see... just 8 days!!! need to reduce 1.3 kg to reach this month's goal 64.5 kg!

    So, must do workouts along with diet to achieve this. hope will do it. :)

    So yesterdays's update -

    5 hrs leisure walking/week - 20 min walk
    2 litres water/day - only 1.5litres
    20-30 min exercise daily - DONE
    climb 8 floors atleast 6 times in week - 2 times done
    Green tea - DONE

    7: 45 am -1 roti + sabji ; 10 :00 am - 1 roti + sabjis ;
    4 pm - 1.5 roti + sabji + raita ;
    6 :45 pm - 1 .5 roti with sabji ;
    9 pm - 3 chips

    Hey Vidhya .. I am hvng that those days of months so wont be exrecise for 4 days dear .& climbing stairs. but I will maintain other routines

    2 dosa with chutney, 3 almonds and tea for breakfast
    2 chapathi with curry and curd for lunch
    1 chocolate 2 cups of tea
    2 chapathi with dal for dinner

    dinner: fast snack(Khichdi)..as yestereday was my fast day

    It will definitely affect... I had that problem initially dear!!! Take care that you sleep atleast for 6 hours properly.. 8 hours would be good anyways..
