    5 hrs leisure walking/week
    4 hrs shuttle/week
    2 litres water/day

    great going, since last two days there was some pbm in net resource..so couldnt connect to u all

    my update:
    Name --->Laasya
    Current Weight - 86.8kg
    Initial Weight - 88kg
    Feb Target Weight - 85kg
    Goal Weight - 68kg
    Feb status - lost 1.2kg so far

    3. daily 3kms walk on treadmill

    Is it too late for me to join this thread? I really want to lose my weight which is increasing day by day and I dont have any control over it. I give up infront of my worries and temptation of sweets.

    Current Weight - 72 kgs
    Goal Weight for Feb - 70 kg
    Goal Weight - 59 Kgs

    I think I can take up -

    5 hrs leisure walking/week
    2 litres water/day
    20-30 min exercise daily
    climb 8 floors atleast 6 times in week
