    I can always expect you to drop in a line that keeps me up Shanvy. Yes, I agree I feel blessed to be walking again. I have started counting my blessings and I dont take anything for GRANTED. I have read your story again and again on different posts and you are someone I wish I would get to meet someday :)

    I would definitively try Sussane A and get that in my routine. For me, what is important is being HEALTHY and not SKINNY.

    When I move my body , I am honestly not thinking to lose weight...it just feels too good !!

    2nd day of rest. Feeling better now. The routine starts again tomorrow.
    DH made choc cake for valentine. Had to had that. I know I will burn all that.

    just peeping into see how things are going! Awesome job! I did walk for an hour this morning and guess what I have joined my friends who are giving up something for Lent and I have chosen to see if I can do with out rice (like in cooked form only) for 40 days! Crazy but....this is something I have wanted to try for quite sometime now and no better time than this.

    PS: I agree 100 % with that "If you wait for perfect....." and know it too with all the running that I do, rain shine pain or snow :)

    Srama,

    I honestly am I not in that mode of leaving one food group completely but I have heard a lot about 5:2 diet plan - where you eat normally for 2 days and then restrict your calories to 500 for any 2 days in the week. Its not fasting and its not unhealthy. I have been reading about this a lot and talking to docs too. Will keep you all posted.
