    Thank you for the info about soy veg patti, when I go to Costco next time, I will look for that. Is it frozen?.


    Quorn is a micro protein product. Here is the link for more info
    Quorn UK. I get the minced one and add with my chosen veg.

    I haven't checked my weight today and I will do it tomorrow. Hope it is ok.

    Good to see your message.... i was looking for your message....since we have tons of postings its getting difficult to track you ;)

    yah if we are POP ( perfect on Plan) during weekdays and do exercise for all 5 days.. then we can have a day for some treat for being perfect on plan :)

    I didn't loose any weight last week...
    Feb Start weight: 184 pounds
    current weight: 184 pounds
    Feb Target weight: 178 pounds

    we have 2.5 weeks left... i would be more happy if i reach atleast 179.....

    i usually check my weight every single day, but i am going to stop doing that.. will check only on monday.....

    Here are my details
    Feb11
    honey lemon water
    BF: skimmilk + raisin bran cereal
    green tea
    coffee
    skim milk + oats+ raisins
    coffee
    few apple slices
    evening snack: apple slices + chick peas boiled one..
    dinner: 1 moong dal dosa + chicken drum stick + peanut chutney
    water: 3 liters

    Exercise: 40 minutes treadmill

    Rnp, yes I should reduce it to only one time per day that too only brown rice.

    Today's diet:

    Kashi cereals with almond milk and tea
    1 boiled egg
    brown rice with dal and curd for lunch
    moong sprouts and pomegranate for snacks and tea and hot chocolate
    2 idli with chutney for dinner

    35 minutes yoga

    I'll update my weight tomorrow.

    Hey I was on fast yesterday and today as well-

    so yesterday 's diet goes as -

    9:30 am - 1 bowl grapes ;
    12 : 20 pm - 5 dates , 2 pm - 3 paranthas + dahi ;
    6 pm - papaya

    Hey I am not exercising since 3 days :( ..
