    Hi Sheshin and frens ..

    weekend was better this; did nt ate much fried/ fatty food ; however had once or twice ; other thing I don't take water at all during weekends ; this is bad .. I need to improve

    But I did exercise this time .. too good .. I am happy ..

    but I am still hvng 34.6 inches tummy .. Hey man .. do let me know some tricks to reduce it .. I am really getting mad !!!

    Hi dears,
    My yesterday's and today's update:

    sat- water- 2.5 ltrs
    food- ragi porrdge,almonds,apple
    salad, subway sandwich
    1 dark chocolate
    1 banana, half apple, roasted channa(hungry)
    soup, orange, 1 dark chocolate again for today!
    exercise- 5 mile walk
    sun- water- 3 ltrs
    food- oatmeal, milk, almonds
    apple
    half garlic bread,half apple and peanut butter( very hungry as it was lunch time and I did not start cooking yet. went for v.day shopping for kid's school!)
    b. rice, Morkuzhambu(kadi) , beans usili (dal fry),garlic rasam (very late lunch)
    green tea
    beans, kadi, 1 orange
    exercise- 15 sets Suryanamaskar, 5 mile walk

    That 2 litre is really tough for me shinibli!!! so we will ensure that we both take it for sure!!!

    This week I am planning to have normal food!!! Rice everyday!!! Wanna c whether I am gaining back!!!

    Why this Kolaveri vidhya? you know what you can really play with this , since you are already slim dear... so, you are going to conclude live that eating rice intentionally leads to weight gain or not!!! interesting!!!

    Hi Dears,
    My work out routine for last week (from feb 1- feb 10)

    5 days of walking
    3 days of group cardio
    4 days of Suryanamaskar
    3 days of meditation done.

    I planned for little more than this. Will try to do this week...
    Recovering slowly...
    Everything almost back to normal except coughing, stuffy nose and wheezing!
    tomorrow going to start antibiotic as advised by doc. Still not able to talk freely... hope will get better with antibiotics! see you all tomorrow with my weight check...
    Today I weigh 126 pounds...
    let me update my monday morning!!!

    Hi Vidya,

    I did not lose anything this week.. Did not follow any particular diet but did loads of exercise.. My partner sandhya did not respond to my PM so i kind of lost interest.. I will be starting with Veg diet from this Wednesday along with my regular exercise.. Lets see if it helps me achieve my target this month..

    Current weight : 60 kg
    Feb Target Weight : 57 kg
    Goal Weight : 53 kg
