Frankly speaking, as long as the husband belongs/lives in India…”technically/legally” there is nothing a husband can do in such cases even if the wife commits EMA….sometimes even right infront of his eyes.

So the option of divorce on this ground has less than 10% chance, unless until there is very strong evidence, which I think does not applicable in OP case.The other problem is emotional turmoil, which I think is differs from each person and only OP can judge whether she can confess or not.

Enlightened: some body has suggested coming clean, that can be/should be done only when two of the below things are applicable

- wife decides to move on ahead with the life leaving behind existing marriage… so for smoother transition go for confession

- realizes the mistake and strongly decides to make the current relationship work come what may. This also depends on the kind of relation couple had before the EMA

Per my knowledge I don’t think above two are applicable to you. So I would say take a chance till you decide your future plans.... than jump to ethical sides immdly. If you approach a problem with indecisive mind, it might further create more problem is my POV
