    Hello ,

You can Make ragi balls , goes well with spinach gravy and also with non veg gravies.
For 1 cup of ragi flour take 1 and 1/2 cup of water.Allow water to boil, then add flour, stir continuously , so no lumps will be formed.Switch off the stove, make the balls of your desired size.

    All the best

You know what Manju.. I was about to post this post today.. and you did on behalf of me... Mee too waiting eagerly for replies... :)
    One recipe I have is:

Boil water.. then put the Ragi flour.. stir continuously so that is wont form lumps.. when cooked add sugar... at end add a spoon of Ghee and some cardamom.
You can customize the Water consistency to how thick you want.
Hope you like it.. For the first time I giving a recipe to someone :)

    Regards,
    Sowmya

Why dont you try Ragi biscuits...I tried it last week for the first time..its a great snck for those with sweet tooth...
melt butter, add ragi flour and powdered sugar...mix well without any lumps..the mixtur should be thick like chapathi dough...
make biscuits with hand..any shape/size you desire...but make it flat..
then bake in oven at 250 degrees F for 30 mins..That's it...
Try and let me know how you liked it..
