    Hello Blueblue,

I dont think there is any restriction as such...but it would make a difference when you apply for ILR, which would require you to have been here for 5 years and which would require you to have not stayed outside the country for more than a certain amount of time. But please do check Immigration Boards for further clarity.

You don't have restrictions to travel to India or outside UK

    Hi Mrs. Prasadh,

I am planning to apply for PSW dependent visa.. Got the list of documents from your earlier post.. Just had a couple of questions:

    1. How much funds did you and your husband show?
    2. How much time did your visa processing took?

Your help will be much appreciated..

    Dear Shwetha,

One of you can show the fund, It is better if your husband shows fund maintenance, as pounds rate may differ on daily basis and it must be shown for the duration of 90 day's. Ask your husband to send you across his original bank statement.
In case, if you are planning to maintain fund, please save access funds as rates may differ. look at the link for INR fund maintenance suggested by UKBA - OANDA - Forex Trading and Exchange Rates Services | OANDA

Please visit the link for actual funds maintenance details : UK Border Agency | Increased funds required for Tier 1 applications from 14 June 2012

It took around 18 days for me to get my visa. you can opt for the option to get SMS on regular update and status of your Visa process status.

For more clarification, please go through Part 5 of guidance note in UKBA site, I have mentioned the link below for your reference http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/visas/vaf10-guidance.pdf

Please feel free to reach me for any other clarification.

    Regards,
    Anitha Prasadh
