    I recently had a c-section and its been just 3 months since i delivered. Can i do this exercise and can i do even if i breastfeed?

    Its so nice of u. I am interested in doing YOGA, while watching TV Channels like Astha n Sanskruthi etc. But now due to relatives, I am not able to utilise this facility. But I cud do it in my room whatever I used to do earlier. Now I happened to see yr mail mentioning that "THROUGH WEBCAM ..IN YOUR POSSIBLE FREE TIME". So I am interested n want to join with u. Pl give me in detail.

    Nice to see your mail. I am 26 yrs old, mother of 18 months baby. I need to increase my height for an inch or more at this age. Can it be done through asanas. Can you people suggest me what should i do to gain height sooner.

    Since Yoga is a wonderful gift by GOD...we have to use it and get benefit and fabulous experience
    The classess are going to start from 15 April tuesday...

    your free timings...
    your name...
    your gmail or yahoo id..so i can add u in my list...
    whats the stage in yoga or beginner...
    Do u have any problems like asthma, sinus or anything u want to get rid of...
