    HI Friends,

    I did not follow any exercise routine for the weekend.. very bad :(
    although i did all household chores...i did eat a lot too..

    'll follow the challenges from today ..

    Also did bhujangasanam for 10 minutes

    Dear Jasmin

    I am here but not able to really get back into diet and exercise after holidays.

    Only challenges I could do last week were -- consumption of 2 liters or more water, one fruit/veggie atleast daily, dinner early, no rice, back clapping and air cycling.

    I will try my best to get back into routine this week. Keep it up girl - you are doing great. Thanks for being there for us.

    I was good with diet but failed with the challenges last week, was only able to follow with two of them. I will seriously follow next week.
    I will update the team E list this week, so all team members please post the update by Tuesday.

    Hi All,

    I have been reading these threads and following, but never posted. This time I really want to do this and see some results.

    1) Consume 2+ Litres water everyday

    2) No rice for 7 days

    4) 35 sets suryanamaskar in 7 days (avg - 5 sets per day)
    5) Burn 1000 Calories in 7 days
    9) Climb 4 floors up and down for 7 days
    10) Dinner before 7 pm for 7 days
    12) do 3 asanas to reduce belly everyday for 7 days (Bhujangasana,Balasana,Marjarasana
    13) Minimum 1 set (20 times) of 5 workouts everyday for 7 days (Inspired by SGA)
    15) 1 Fruit (or/and) veggie day in a week
