The instructions are as follows:
Sun Frock
Measurement
Lenght - 21 inch, Frill - 3 inch, Shoulder - 9&1/2 inch, Chest - 22 inch & Wasit - 22 inch (Wasit length - 8&1/2 inch, Strip length - 2&1/2 inch)

Instruction
1 to 2 : Full length less Frill length 1 to 3 : Waist length
1 to 4 : 1/4 of chest - 1/2 inch
1 to 5 : Strip length
1 to 6 : 1/2 of shoulder + 1 inch
6 to 7 : Draw straight line
4 to 8 : 1/4 of chest + 2 inch
3 to 9 : 1/4 of waist + 2 inch
2 to 10: 1/4 of chest + 4 inch
Note: Stip 6 to X will be attached separately. Material should be cut from 5 to 2

Plain Petticoat Frock
Measurement
Length - 21 inch, Shoulder - 9 inch, Chest - 22 inch & Hip - 24 inch

Instruction
0 to 1 : Full length
1 to 2 : 2 inch for folding
0 to 3 : 1/4 of chest - 1/2 inch
4 is the mid point of 0 to 2 (Hip line)
0 to 5 : 1/2 of shoulder
5 to 6 : Draw straight line
0 to 7 : 2 inch for neck
5 to 8 : 1/2 inch down
Join 7 & 8
0 to A : 1/2 inch for back neck
0 to B : 4 inch for front neck
3 to 9 : 1/4 of chest + 2 inch
4 to 10 : 1/4 of hip + 2 inch
Draw straight line 9, 10 & 11
Shape 2,12 & 13
