Nooodles ???

is it possible for the people who cannot give up coke

 

Hi IL,

My kids have noodles very very rarely that too the curry flavor only. Is that alright? Do I have to throw the Maggi packets I have now?
They have also introduced this new ATTA NOODLES that boasts of high fibre and calcium content! :idontgetit:
(Probably I will try returning it since they are unopened)

Please let me know whether it is harmful to even eat it once in 15days.:help

OMG is that really,

I love noodles, i eat more outside like chinees and also in restaurents... i think that are different noodles.. right...?

I like to have maggie & topramen also... but now i have to stop eating frequently....

this is very true abt noodles.i have stopped cooking them.
also the same with sauces.they cause lot of cough in children.same with chips and kurkure.
our doctor tells a big no to the above stuffs!!

thanks for the information. Are instant soup good for health ? can taking them once in a week have any side effects ?
