    Hi,
    The proportion for idli : 15 tumblers (normal sized) rice + 7-8 tumblers urad dal (black gram). you can add 1 table spoon of fenugreek seeds along with urad dal which will make idli soft.

    Sambar: you can take eual quantitiues of thuvar dal and mung dal for sambar.
    Totally 5-8 cups of dals (both the dals mixed) will be enough for 25 people.
    Do use small onion for sambar which enhance the taste.

    I bought a pizza base from Reliance fresh. How to make pizza like pizza hut or dominos.

    dear chit mam,for making ice creams u have used electric hand beater. is that the egg beater? want to buy it. please give me the details regarding the brand also.( it is not in the gadgets galore thread) for what purpose we can use it other than ice creams or cake batter? please help me.thanks in advance.
