Hi people, I heard intake of fruit juices regularly can do wonders to your skin. It enhances your complexion and gives a beautiful glow to the skin. I wanna try it and see. What fruit juices should I include in my diet?
hi sruthi, not just juices,taking different varieties of whole fruits does wonders to our body,both in terms of besuty and health.. i take orange juice and cranberry juice regularly..cranberry juice in particular is very good to prevent urinary infections in women and orange juice along with providing antioxidants also help in improving the complexion.. taking fruit smoothies os also another healthy option. do try juices with pomegranate combinations,,i find them too good specially during the monthly periods.. aarthi
Fruits when eaten as a whole is more effective than making juice.. Also, try to have two almonds every day you will a glowing skin and good hair growth
Have home made fresh juice on an empty stomach in the morning like water melon juice add grapes to it. i have been having it for many years love alpa:cheers
May be try this, i milkshakes are better especially sapodilla/sapota. it is more efficient. water is very gud for smooth skin.
