Healthy Juice Recipes For Total Wellness.....

    Hi Friends,
    We all know that having whole fruits and raw vegetables is good but people like me who doesn't like eating as such will never be able to able to get required vitamins and minerals which is needed for our body.

    So I finally decided to depend on juices as am planning to conceive. So I bought a Hurom HU-400 slow juicer after doing fair research. It is a coldpressed juicer unlike centrifugal juicer. It slowly squeezes juice retaining the biomolecules. Cold pressed juicer is fairly recommended over centrifugal juicer and I am very happy with this juicer.
    I am trying many recipes of fruits and vegetables daily to meet my daily intake of vitamins, fibre, minerals etc.,

    Let me share good and healthy recipes of fruits and veggies I have tried here.
    Till now i tried some good combinations from few books and my own also...


    1. Cleansing Cocktail:

    Carrot
    Green apple
    Beetroot
    Half inch piece ginger.
    ( Quantity depends on us )
    This is and excellent recipe for cleansing our digestive system and colon.


    2. Super Cooler:

    Orange
    Pear
    cucumber
    This is excellent for cooling our body.


    3. Clear Skin:

    Pineapple
    Beetroot
    Carrot
    Celery
    Ginger
    Spinach

    4. Cold Fighter:

    Kiwifruit
    Orange
    Pineapple
    Ginger

    can u suggest to add a little honey or jaggery syrup to make it a little pleasing to the taste buds

    Actually you dont need to add anything to make it sweet because the combination itself will be tasty ( I tried myself). But if you want there is no harm in adding honey but make sure you dont add too much sugar.

    1 apple
    1 carrot
    few spinach stalks
    2 celery stalks
    half a piece ginger

    this also acts as cleanser and adds more fibre to our body because of celery.

    As we stay in singapore, i bought here and it costed 618 SGD for us...Though quite costly, it is worthy.....we are very happy with this....

    Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system.

    Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and eliminate stomach upset and headache.

    Tomato + Carrot + Apple - Improve skin complexion and eliminate bad breath.

    Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk - Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

    Orange + Ginger + Cucumber - Improve Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat.

    Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.

    Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion.

    Pear & Banana - regulates sugar content.

    Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization .

    Honeydew + Grape + Watermelon + Milk - Rich in vitamin C + Vitamin B2 that increase cell activity and strengthen body immunity.

    Papaya + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin C, E, Iron. Improve skin complexion and metabolism.

    Banana + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin with nutritious and prevent constipation
