    hi friends...


    1 gud idea for beginers....mrn... r evening..(exactly at 5r 5.30)
    instead going for all the mudhras n asanas...
    its better v do surya-namaskara(sun-salutation)
    it hold all the benefits of entire yogasana... as certain asanas me be uncomfortable for certain ladies... due to their personal comfort...
    after this suryanamaskara do meditation ... jus sit straight and relax... (inhale deeply n exhale deeply for 10 mins... thn close one of the nose hole inhale and exhale through the other nose hole... thn inhale n exhale through the same nose hole... thn do it vid other nose hole...

    (if posible try to do like tis doing along vid music.. so ur mind feel relax, improves concendration .. i follow tis type...)
    2. YouTube - Yoga with Sophia -- Sun Salutation

    initially u do it 3 times a day...... thn slowly increase in odd numbers(5tims a day, 7 times a day.. so on)

    1. the more benefit of tis asana is ... when ever u start a posture inhale
    deeply and remain in the posture for 3 sec r 5 sec... thn exhale while
    releasing from tht posture...
    2. the more slowly(try 2 increase the time every day r once in 2days.... but try to maintain the intervals regularly) u do the more benefit u attain

    ofcourse minor body pain may occur and persist for a wk r 2 as ur body need to stretch and get set for the friction created by this asana...

    Hello kalaisiva,
    I will be keen in joinning ur group plz. count me also. Recent dayz i am doing lil pranayam(anulm-vilom,kapalbhaati and titli with little of pilates and bhujangasana and other asana also but i dont know the name) i also do cardio like jogging and walking.
    Do advice me some asana for the betterment and regularities of menstrual cycles(I miss periods for 2 months some times) and medical reports say i have marginally high thyroid i want to treat is as soon as possible with the yoga help
    I will be great ful if u can plz. guide me on this.

    Its so nice that I got wonderful response from u people...Plz give me a privete message, your name..about your free time ,free days in a week and mention about if you have got any particular problem. We can give more importance to that beside learning yoga.So we can arrange for you.
    I am in Newark so if any one is willing to come overhere...That would be gr8...All for that I want to really teach the great Yoga to all the people...
