gulab jamun shape.... pls help

    One doubt though. What do you use as item 3 (thickened cream).
    & how much quantity ?

    Please specify name / brand if it is store bought.

    I use the store bought thickened cream, here in Australia brands available are bulla, coles, farmer's delight and so on. Personally I buy the one without gelatine as one of the listed ingredients.
    Secondly,amount or quantity depends on the size of your cup used to measure milk powder and flour. I guess one can figure out the amount required to make a soft dough, for small cups you make need 2 to 3 tbsps and so ...
