    How are you doing? I am very happy to post this feedback on curd.
    I followed your tips on setting curd and got perfect thick sweet curds. I am delighted,as everyone in my family are curd lovers.
    I was lucky to find a good starter curd. A friend of mine gave the starter curd which her inlaws had got from India.(I was surprised they smuggled curd from India).
    Anyways, thanks to you my family can enjoy the curd.

    Mam, just wanted to share, that i make the curd the way you suggested for so long, that C and S also do it the same way..atleast it is going to be carried forward to the next generation, as long as they don't start picking up curd off the shelf..and everything depends on the starter ...

    I started being active in IL recently after coming to US. cooking also started for the past 1 yr only.

    I tried Poondu milagu kuzhambu...what to say....superb taste.
    Also tried mysore rasam and Dal maharani---every thing came well, Thank you soo much..

    I want to try Somas, for inside pooranam i am not getting kopparai, if i roast the coconut and make it how long can i keep it. or suggest me some shop where i get this Kopparai.
