Can anyone share tips for storing corriander and curry leaves for longer time?

    Yeah, I do store all the vegetables in tupperware box , they look better than storing directly. keeping in water is a good idea.

    coriander leaves: clean ..wrap in a tissue and store it an a box in the refrigerator
    Curry leaves : in zip lock in the freezer

    I freeze curry leaves in ziploc bags, then take however many stems I need and zip off right into the pan when making popu/tadka. Letting them thaw will ruin them, doing it right into the pan while still frozen is just like fresh.
