hey can i use fenugreek seeds powder directly than waiting till they get dried ??

fenugreek seeds should sprout.so u cannot use the powder.sprouted ones have more effect

here goes the method....
make a slit in the leaf and put methi seeds (vendayam) in it tie with a thread.leave it for one/two days. ie the seeds should have started sprouting.now cut the aloe leaf from the plant and grind them and make it like vada batter.now make small small vadas and dry them in hot sun.it should become hard and should be broken when you break it in hands.now pour coconut oil and keep it in sun for 2/3 days.u can use this on daily basis/use as oil for massaging.if you wish you can add few hibiscus flowers in coconut oil.
donot cut the leaf while putting the seeds.with in a day itself it smells badly.for one hand leangth of leaf 2-4 spoons of seeds r enough.

thanks for sharing the method.. thanks a lot i have small doubt, we should grind the whole leaf or else only the gel from that..

hi jayanthi,

first remove the green part in the leaf and grind gel along with methi sprouts.
