    1 omlette(with yolk [​IMG])

    15 mins cycling (100 kcal)
    15 mins treadmill (70 kcal)
    15 mins elliptical (40 kcal)

    Nite
    20 mins cycling (150 kcal)
    30 mins weight training

    Before Bed
    Did some 5 ex (1 set- 15 rep)

    Here are the updates

    yesterday mrng warm water

    bkfst murmura with lots of veg and tea

    blunch 2 rasgulla..

    lunch moong daal kichadi with cabbage sabhji

    eve tea and rust 2

    night one katori daal with one roti

    exercise

    walk 20 min cycling 20 min..

    ladies today is the weighing day i didnt loose any weight this week...what about urs ...

    1 cup tea, 1 bread slice
    lunch moong dal ,rice
    even
    1 cup tea
    1 bread slice

    night rice, tindora chutney, curd


    excercise 22 min treadmill, 20 min cycling

    My updates for Nov 21...

    Food:
    Bfast - 2 Dosai with milagai podi
    Lunch - Rice with dal and aloo capsicum veggie
    Evening - 1 small cup of corn
    Evening - 6:30 pm - green tea
    Dinner - 4 Pooris with subji :(

    Exercise:
    2 mile LS and 30 min walking
    No stair climbing ystdy.

    I want to reduce at least 3 kg by new year. Lets see...
