How to store garlic?

    We have a around 10 medium sized garlic bulbs. Any idea how to store these for a longer duration?

    N.B: We have already made ginger-garlic paste and are in excess of garlic bulbs.

    I just kept it in the drawer and it remained there for a month. Used it, no big change in smell/taste.

    After 1 or 2 months, it started to shrink, and it became yellow. I guess beyond this it is to be dumped.

    Its very easy to store garlic, first peal off it properly then freeze it and when you want use take some and use it. There will be no difference in taste. so try it and save your garlic to spoil.
