    Sorry for late reply. Bcz of work, cudn't log into the site daily. Sprout boxes are nothing but the boxes in which you will place sprouts to get sprouted. They are like plastic boxes with some rubber kind of thing in them. I brought them from India. Hope this helps you.

    Hi everyone,

    Today is going fine so far.

    Morning : 1 cup of coffee w/o sugar with little milk
    1 small cup - Sprouts (Black chenna), 1/2 egg white boiled

    M.Snack : 1 Wheat biscuit

    Will keep updating..........

    Good latha, start again and let's do it. Thanks for the info about sprout box. Try to buy one. But at the time being, Iam fine with the way I make.

    I am having thyroid problem. Can u all pls assist me with a diet schedule , exercise to reduce weight . i want to lose around 6-7 kgs of weight .

    As per yr ht., u r nt over wtd. But it seems that yr abdomn needs some exercises to shape yr body.
    U pl try this exercise n wil get result.
    first lie down on the floow(On the thick bedsheet) n fold yr legs towards u.
    Then keep yr hands under yr head tightly and try to bend forward to reach yr legs.
    At the same time yr folded legs also shd come forward. u try this exercise daily n definitely yr abdomen size wil decrease.

    I am back again. All these days busy with International Woman's Day Celebrations in our Park. Atlast V hv celebrated v successfully on March 8, 2008.:party

    One more news for u. Now my wt has become 55 kgs from 56 Kgs Plus.

    09th Mar08 update:
    Lunch : 1 small cup of tomato rice
    Dinner : 3 slice of brown bread with curry
    Exercise : 30 mins of brisk walking

    Today, Iam not following it well. I shall update by tomorrow.

    Hi Vidhya,

    Sorry for the late response. I think you better consult your doctor/dietian for a proper diet. I've heard it's very difficult to loose weight when you have thryoid problem. Try your best and let us know.
