    i always feel how to eat fruits like papaya etc in office as if we cut and take ,it will get spoiled(kind of) and lose its freshness. I will try your way!

    Hi Shinara,
    Eventhough if you are in hostel you can do some planning. You can buy some vessels, knife and scrapper. You can sprout green gram dhall. You can soak it in water over night and in the morning you can drain the water and store it in mini hot case and it will sprout in the evening. You can also have cucumber. Avoid eating oily/junk foods.

    Hi all,

    Wanted to share about an article which I read. After reading this my perception about weight reduction changed.

    For those who are in weight reduction phase, first they need to understand about how weight gets accumulated and stop those accumulations in order to get rid of the excess weight.

    In human body the fat cells aren't build from oil/sugary foods that we eat but the fat cells are build from the carbohydrates. Foods that are rich in carbohydrates help in building the fat cells. This process of converting carbohydrates to fat cells is done by insulin hormone. The weight reduction is the war between insulin and us. The movement you hit the gym and do exercise and reduce your fat cell, the work of insulin starts, where ever the fat cells is deducted it replaces those cells with the same amount of fat from the carbohydrate rich foods that we eat.

    So have a watch on your carbohydrate intake not to avoid completely that is not good for health but can replace simple carbohydrates with complex carbohydrates. Avoid refined items, and focus more on adding grains to your menu.

    I'm only collecting all these tips So that I can follow this after my this phase of life.. Meaning I have been TTCing actively & cant diet / do any strenuous Exercises...

    When I start extensive dieting, I end up craving and eat more.
    So , I started to eat regular food what I make for kid and DH and have them in minimal quantity, once a week I skip dinner and have milk, I reduced 5 kgs in 2 months. And able to maintain the same weight without exercise.
    With a toddler at home very difficult to stick to the exercise schedule.
