Weight Loss team - To shed weight permanently

    other than tat! my daily routine diet is same!

    B.F - oatmeal

    Lunch - 2 chappathi with curry or 2 wheat bread wit hash brown.

    Dinner - 2 chappthi wit curry


    In btw having lot of fruit juices trying to reduce tat!

    Lunch- chapathis with curry and curd
    eve- fruit juice
    dinner-cereals

    workout: 1 hr weights

    Hey latha i too want to ask u the same question as what all kind of sprouts u use and how u make ..As one of my frnd told me ones but i forget completely......pl let me know with method

    Usually i use: whole moong, kala chana, red chori. If suppose i want to have them on monday morning, on saturday morning i take each of them handful and wet them in different bowls.At night, i will remove water. Next day morning, i place them in sprout boxes i.e on sunday.

    Hi Ladies,

    So nice to see u all active ladies here..

    I am mother of two kids.. 3 years and 1.5 years

    Here is my data
    Height - 5'3"
    Weight - 61

    I am 6 kgs overweight.. Though thats not too much but my bums and abodmen look quite heavy..

    I saw the message to have warm water every hour and plan to try that out .. lets see..

    did anybody get any success??

    Hi friends,

    Sorry for going off line for a while now. How is it going so far with all of you. All the best for all of us. I wanted to put in my daily updates. Here is mine.

    Breakfast - 1 dosa w/o oil
    Lunch - Cup of mix fruits
    Dinner - 2 slice brown bread with horsegram boiled water.
    Exercise - 30 Min walking & 10 min jogging in Treadmill


    I shall update again tomorrow.
