What healthy meal did I eat today

    I read your blogs Your body thrives in an alkaline state and disease such as cancer thrives in an acidic state where your body doesn't perform optimally. Here's a diet plan for the day that is measured to keep your body in an optimal state for fat-burning.
    Meal 1- Breakfast
    3 Whole Hard Boiled Eggs
    2 Packets of Instant Oatmeal (Mixed with Water) with Blueberries, Blackberries, and Strawberries
    100% Natural Grapefruit Juice

    Meal 2-Mid Morning Snack
    Glass of 1% Milk

    Meal 3- Lunch
    Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato, Roasted Red Peppers, Mozzarella, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar on a Whole Wheat Wrap
    Glass of Water with 2 Squeezed Lemons (Help Alkalize the Body)

    Meal 4- Mid-Day Snack
    Apple
    Orange


    Meal 5- Dinner
    Greek Salad
    Whole Tilapia
    Carrots, Peas
    Small Whole Wheat Pita

    Meal 6- Pre-Bed Snack
    1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
    Glass of Water with 2 Squeezed Lemons (Help Alkalize the Body)

    RAAGI SALAD

    INGREDIENTS:
    sprouted ragi -1cup
    grated carrot,cucumber,onion- asper your need
    finely cut capsicum,corrianderleaves-little
    broken peanut-little
    lemonjuice and salt-asper taste

    HOW TO DO:
    mix everything and serve ...healthy dish

    Here Comes a healthy and very tasty tested and tasted recipe of mine " Semolina Cake"

    Ingredients"

    1 Cup Semolina
    1/2 Cup Pomace Olive Oil
    1 Cup Yogurt
    1 Cup low fat Milk
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Egg ( Optional)
    1 Cup grated and dried Co****(Moisture free)
    1 tsp Vanilla Essence
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt.

    Method:

    Beat egg first to which add Mik, yogurt and sugar and beat well.To which add the vanila essence and Olive oil and mix again well.Now add all the dry ingredients one by one and fold it to the mixture.It should look like a midum thich idly batter.Let it sit outside for an hour.Transfer it into a greased pan and put it inside a preheated oven set to 180 degree celcius for thirty minutes or until a fork inserted to the top comes out clean.

    Let it cool for sometime on wire rack and Wolla..the cake is ready:):thumbsup

    I have stopped rice. Instead I am taking Cooked Wheat Rava (cooked lapsi) and enjoying my food.

    Having lots of vegetables, chapathis and little lapsi.Feeling light and good.
