    Dear sir,
    Please advise us how our career growth will be. We have gone through a very tough time since 2007. only now breathing a little but not a big improvement.

    Currently I am doing my PhD, and working as a freelance trainer. My husband is a IT Support Engineer at a german company. He is not happy with his job. No pay rise. He wants to resign and concentrate on our existing business. When is the best time for him to resign sir. We are running a book shop and just started a corporate training consultancy. Will our business pick up sir. Please advise sir.
