Weight Loss team - To shed weight permanently

    Hi all,

    Sorry i couldn't follow my plan as i was not well and i start my program from tomorrow.

    diet schedule:

    morning : 1tsp honey + 1/2 lemon in warm water
    breakfast : 1 banana+ 1 egg+ 1 glass milk
    snack : 10 almonds
    lunch : 2 chapathis + curry( whatever prepared for the family)
    + 1 glass buttermilk
    snack : 1 apple / 1 orange
    evening : 1 glass milk + 1 carrot
    dinner : 1/2 cup oatmeal upma + 1 glass buttermilk

    trying to drink 3 lts of water daily
    and
    to burn 300 cals/day in the gym

    B.f. - Oatmeal + carrot juice

    lunch - 2 slice of wheat bread + hash brown

    eve - lemon juice

    dinner - 1 chappathi + flavored yogurt

    hope you all are doing good. Due to my illness i am unable to follow the diet properly. From sunday i will start again.

    Have been too busy at work..so couldnt do any exercise. But was good with diet (i.e not eating anything junk)..I feel like i need to do some exercise to reduce weight.
    Dont know what to do or when will I get the time to do it.
    Priya and others are you girls doing any exercise??

    Did walking for 1 hour and for the diet part, i was ok till the afternoon but got slipped away in the evening.I try to keep up both diet+ex routines from tomorrow( i strictly say to myself no more excuses)

    Today's diet

    breakfast : 1 banana + 1 egg + 1 glass skim milk
    snack : 10 almonds
    lunch : 2 chapathi + 1 cup dal + 1 glass buttermilk
    snack : 1/3 cup peanuts
    dinner : 1 cup rice with curd
    snack : 1 orange

    exercise

    40 min treadmill
    20 min cycle

    Today absolutely no junk food and still i want to make changes to my diet for tomorrow.

    I was eager to join in yr team. My current wt is now 72.

    ht is 5.4.

    I had a hystertectomy , suddenly there was a sudden wt. Now iam walking for half an hour and a normal. diet

    My aim is atleast 50 kg.

    Today's diet :

    breakfast : 1 banana + 1/2 cup oatmeal
    snack : 1/4 cup peanuts
    lunch : 2 cups rice with 1 cup sambar + 1 cup curd
    snack : 1 orange
    dinner : 2 chapathi + curry + 1 glass buttermilk
    night : 1 cup tea with honey

    exercise :

    1 hr walking

    want to reduce rice quantity from tomorrow

    I am doing my workout regularly. But little changes in my diet. Have to make sure that i will follow the diet strictly.

    Sorry for the late reply!

    I m not doing any serious exercise! but i go n play shuttle with my frnd in near by park! i m planning to join swimming class! Hv anybdy tried it! i heard we can burn more calories by swimming without getting exhausted !

    And also sauna room is also a good option!
