    When we are tensed our hairloss increases all of a sudden.So don't tense.Eat healthy food raw vegetables,carrots,beet,cucumber.Check your heamoglobin.So we have to keep our body balanced physical and mentally.
    You can do head massage by using almond oil,olive oil,bhringraj oil.First heat the oil littlebit massage to ur head.Deep ur towel in hot water squiz it,then wrap on ur head for 2-3 hrs.
    Another head mask is add tea water into heena(mehendi) keep for 8 hrs in iron vessel or pan.Apply to ur hair for 4-5 hrs then wash it.
    If ur hairloss is due to dandruff use aloe-vera(korphad) pulp.

    amla oil is good for hairfall?

    Please help. I'm having hairfall and very thin hair and i've been using this Vatika oil with coconut, amla and lemon. Is it good for my problem? Do you think only amla would be better? please help me i've stopped the highlights and everything (now i'm not so pretty) to protect the hair from too many agressions but is not better.

    Hi
    For hair loss, a homeopath suggested to apply a paste of good castor oil and juice of onion. Wait for a few hours and wash. I use moong powder mixed with amla, methi powders. This has helped quite a bit.

    Thank you for all of your FB and happy that it is useful for u all.

    Nakshatra, if you do not like to add Egg, then you can just Mix 1 tablespoon honey with 1 tablespoon Olive Oil. Heat in microwave oven to melt and apply to hair then cover head with a very warm towel for half an hour while taking a warm soothing bath then shampoo off.
