hello madam, last week i made cucumber oothappam.it was tasty.and easy to make .yesterday i cooked brinji rice and banarasi alu. great hit. my dd enjoyed both.she is the best critic for my cooking. if she likes only i will make the items that i tried newly again and again.she asked me to cook both the items for her school friends for lunch.very happy. i am a great fan of brinji. it has a distinct taste and flavour than the vegetable briyani or pulao.for dinner i have planned to make uppuma kollukatai and pressure pan kotsu.happy cooking nowadays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank u ....:thumbsup
