    Welcome all new expectant mommies.

    Updates abt me- Getting better with cold and cough. only when i get up in the morning little pain in the throat is there. And the hot coffee does it work to clear it.

    I am on to the 10th vk now. More than preg excitement, am excited to travel back to my country, meeting my parents, sister, SILs and all relatives... god when am typing this my excitement level reaches the peak :)
    Though i have little tension to travel for 25hrs. Hope everything goes well.

    In this 10vks of pregnancy i think only ystd i had little healthy food. Just thot of sharing.

    Morning after brush - had 5 almonds soaked in water
    followed by 1 cup of coffee
    9.00 a.m - pesarattu dosa with ginger chutney (yummy)
    10.30 a.m - Tomato soup (thanks to my friend for preparing it for me)
    11.30 a.m - a glass of coconut water
    1.00 p.m - Bisibelabath with raitha
    4.00p.m - 1 apple
    5.00p.m - some junk snacks
    7.00p.m - some junk snack again
    8.00p.m - Roti with Rajma and little curd rice (with mango pickle... to avoid but yummmmmmmy)
    9.00p.m - Prenatal tablets
    9.30p.m - 1/2 glass of Grape fruit juice.
    From 9.30 till 11.00 water, water and more water :)

    I am feeling little energetic... reduced nausea/tiredness/cramps. Unlike my first pregnancy, this time am eating lots of junks. 've to go with it for another 2 more weeks, as we are busy with packing and selling of the stuffs.
    My next appointment is scheduled on 24th of Sept.

    Let me wait to listen to others :)

    I am not sure about using Hair Removal creams.. I always find them harmful since they contain chemicals... I generally use a womens shaver... I think shaving is safe.. I've heard some doctors do shave that part for an expecting mom before delivery

    I would suggest talking to your doctor before going ahead with either of them... just to be on a safer side..

    Wow Prikir ur diet chart looks impressive.. you are eating all the right things..

    Unfortunately, for me these days I dont feel like eating any thing.. just eating for the sake of it... no milk no curd.. even fruits I am not taking much... I just hate the sight of all healthy food.. Instead I am craving for deep-fried snacks.. samosa.. puri and pickles.. things that I used to hate before pregnancy... I hope this phase passes on soon.. and I get back to eating healthy.. right now, I have that feeling of nausea all the time..

    I am 8weeks preg.... Can anyone suggest diet plan for me. I cant take dal n roti can't even bear the smell of the same. What else wud be benifitial??????
